Nice kit. Should sound great. My least favorite vintage color. Too bad there's no snare. You'll need to hunt for that baby till you find it. Good luck. Might as well do the BIN because the spread is so narrow from the opening bid.

I agree with Gary. The BIN would be the best way to go. Not too many times does a kit pop up within pick up distance.

Also not my fave color, but I have no shame in recovering unless of course it is something that the world should see. I have a ton of Sky Blue Pearl stuff and I really do not like it at all! On the fair side I am also covering a lot of "ultra rare" White and Black Cortex Walking

I am a sparkle guy myself and will be recovering my kit project accordingly :) Shot out to Gary for also not having any shame in recovers! Just picked up a sweet red sparkle Cleveland/Dayton Holiday kit 12/16/20 and I am still high on that one!! So sweet it looks new! Pics to come soon!

The inclusion of a snare would have been nice, but I do have a 66 Supra that would round it out. I like the BOP alot but also the Champagne Sparkles........still undecided on exactly what to do and watching a few other kits on e-bay.....

Thanks, John

Cherie Willoughby has a very nice Ludwig WMP 4 pc. on her site. One of the few that doesn't say "sold."

On the repercussions site? I didn't know she did consignment. Good to know if that's the case.

Here's the link

No, if those WMP drums were $1000 I'd buy them in a heartbeat! Cherie's drums are listed at $3000.

My drums for sale are the ones in the ebay link at the start of the thread.

I guess I should have known. I don't think she would tell you what time it was for $1,000. It is a nice set though.

Your set for that price seems like a good value, I'm no expert, but at that price how bad could it be. Sorry about the BDP comment. That was the color of my first kit and it was years and years before I could change that.
