Just want to let you know that I am selling off some things from my lifelong personal collection of percussion instruments and have just put a Gretsch 4160G (4161) 24-Karat Gold Plated Snare Drum on Ebay. I prefer to sell on Ebay because, though their system is far from perfect, they have safeguards in place to prevent all the spammers and con artists from contacting you. I had a vibraphone for sale on the "VibeNet" and got hundreds of suspect offers and messages so I had to pull the ad and ultimately sold it on Ebay.

My stuff is authentic and in most cases purchased new by me over my many years as a percussionist and enthusiast. The valuable items that don't sell during my llifetime will be bequeathed to the Percussive Arts Society upon my demise.
