Hello Roby! I did a Google search for "Ludwig Black Panther 18x16" and quickly found a link that ulitmately brought me to this link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260933133760. It was re-listed twice and did not sell. The seller has not re-listed it again, but you could send them a message mentioning that you would like to buy it. The seller said they would ship internationally from Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.
If this doesn't work, try Google or other search engines, and eBay or other auction sites.
