Orphan 14x14 Ludwig Standard Blue (Aqua) Mist floor tom (S-130) from DEC of 1968.

Minus the heads, it's all original. I didn't have to replace or add any of the hardware. I just gave it a very deep cleaning with Novus #2, then #1 and Flitz polish for all of the chrome.

Here are a couple things which describe this drum:

[*]wrap has the typical fade from blue to aqua and swirl patterns, which is mostly visible in pictures

[*]wrap has some very minor nicks/dings (approx. 3)

[*]top bearing edge has a small void near the lap joint (leaving for future owner to fix)

[*]chrome has very minor to no pitting

[*]badge is at a slight angle, but is tight against shell and does not move

[*]Remo White Smooth CS batter and Remo White Smooth Ambassador resonant

Based on some research, the common Standard kit configuration was the S-330 (12/13/16/22). Ludwig did offer an S-300 (12/14/20) kit configuration or you could order individual drums.

This drum is ready to go. Take it out of the box, move back your Blue Mist 16x16, tune to your liking and start playing. I have included pictures (taken inside without flash), but can provide more if requested.

I know this is going to be a special sale directed mainly at the Blue Mist S-330 owners that want to add another drum to their existing kit. This is also a 14x14 shell, which is a lot less common than the 16x16. This drum was used, but not abused.

I am looking for $220 + insurance (if requested) + shipping to continental US. I have a box with packing material ready to ship. If it's below freezing, I would also recommend waiting until the temperature is warmer to insure the wrap does not split.
