my 1940's radio king. man do these drums sound great. i bought these drums from a close friend of mine who is a recording engineer in woodstock ny. i played these drums on a few tracks and fell in love with the look, the feel, and the incredible sound. sitting behind these drums is like taking a trip back in time. they sound big and round. im a happy guy :)

Love them! You can't go wrong with a beautiful set of wmp radio kings!
Nicely aged. When I see a kit like that I always wish that drums could tell stories. Congrats on your purchase.

Congrats! That is a great set of drums.

Very nice RK's. I agree they sound fantastic. WMP is classic. Enjoy them!
Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.

I have a RK kick drum from the same era, and although it isn't as pretty as yours, I agree that it has a great big round tone to it.

Lovely set! But something's missing.
Excellent score. I'm sure they sound fantastic. But I agree β you need a nice period WMP RK snare to make it a slam dunk.
Congratulations.
