Sounds like that is the case. Too many people just "feeling" the waters with no intent on selling....especially on a free site. Thinking I need to tell my buddy to make a visit....just to "test" our own. Maybe offer him more and then back out. Sorry for being so negative on this, but things like this tend to p!ss me off in my later years.
