I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

A good number of these toy kits were made by Noble & Cooley. Not sure about this one. It doesn't appear to be 50's to me either.

Good point on the clothes. Mickey's in bell bottoms and Minnie's boots are "made for walkin". Not to mention the swirls. Must be late 60's early 70's. There still pretty cool for toy drums.

I used to own one of these, but sold it at the Chicago show in May. I was told by a guitarist that one of the guitars dated it to the early 1970s. Heads are paper, so many did not survive.

Collecting information about the following for ongoing research projects:
Gretsch drums with serial numbers,
Ludwig Keystone and B/O badge drums with serial numbers and date stamps,
Ludwig Standards from 1968-73, and
Ludwigs with paper labels from 1971-72
