1959 Rogers Snare Drum Badge Last viewed: 10 hours ago

Hi All,

Looking at a 1959 Rogers snare with this odd badge, looks like they put this out there for one year only and not a whole lot of info out there on it in my quick search. Whats the value like for these snares? Doesn't seem to be too high. How about quality? Is this a early import thing for Rogers? So many questions!

Rogers USA drums of that period were top quality. That is the most basic student drum, and has the same shell as the best professional snare drum. Not an import, but also not really valuable. A nice drum to have, something for the shelf, but not worth more than a 150 at best. and then you gotta be wantin it.

That badge was used on student level drums for a couple of years. Rogers didn't import anything until the late 60's.
