plus an early 4160 COB Snare Drum

the bass drum was an 18" x 18" that was converted at Modern Drum Shop in NYC. it is one of, if not the nicest conversions ever performed with impeccable precision, and it sounds better then a factory 18" (according to the cats at MDS). the ft leg mount holes were filled with pieces of jasper and repainted in silver sealer, its nearly impossible to see them (check out the interior BD pic)! all of the hardware holes are drilled correctly to original gretsch specs. beautiful and awesome drum.

we decided to have them rewrapped and we only wanted the best for them so we brought them up to Gary at Precision Drum Company and he and his crew exceeded our expectations with the most gorgeous red sparkle wrap we could have asked for and the most professional wrap job we've ever seen.

the kit is incredibly gorgeous, presents itself beautifully and most importantly IS that vintage bop sound... the drums sound incredible together.
