Hello, I am slowly getting this kit in shape...just put all new Remo Vintage A heads on all the drums except for the original kicker res head..just added a vintage Ludwig decal to it as the other one was only partly there. I did use a powerstoke3 for the batter head on the kicker...I know, I cheated a little on being vintage on that one. I still need to find a vintage 60's hhat clutch to go with the old Ludwig Paiste cymbals that came with it. Also would like to find a nice 18" crash to go with it..but gotta wait on a little extra cash.WelcomeWelcome It has been fun for me and my 11 year old son wants to learn to play now....He will get this kit from me someday, so I hope he learns to appreciate it....Any and all comments/suggestions are welcome.

Looking good!
You might want to think about getting Jim Petty's fold out spurs......they are a little longer then factory Luddies, and actually bring the bottom of the BD off the ground, like it should!
Pricey they are,but you could always sell your originals to offset the cost...........
