once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Ouch !.. $1750??.. I bought my WMP downbeat, with all original parts, except for just the p80-snare throw off tension knob..Mine is mixed with the original wire face, and a newer P-80 snare tension knob.. $170, used in almost mint condition.. These snare drums, even in museum condition , don't usually go for more than $600..

Any more than that is thievery !..Lol ! Good luck buddy..;()

listen round badge if you want keep this s//t up, I am trying to be a good person and have come to terms with this drum as you should were a tuff crowd here and by you cutting up a solid citizen and a family man and a church man your not cool, ill try once more peace to you and good will, other wise ill have to ask the monitor to step in, the drum its at that price i have a solid offer of 1500, it mite go to him as hes a upstanding guy and knows quality when he sees it any way well see when it runs it course as it will sell for that or more ,but it will sell.... and its described as a mint snare as it is, if you fix your stuff up instead of blowing it out the door you might really know what you have the good ,the bad, and the fugly, peace of Christ be with you this holiday and through out the year as we just lost a family member and trying to sell items i have, that i really dont want to sell for expenses so please keep your comments about me to your self as slander is not right.....btw the post on cl says its in museum condition for being 40 plus year old, and i dont take kindly top being called a liar bud...

Okay!...

... and this thread is going to be CLOSED... but before that, I want to reiterate:

NO ONE has the right to climb all over someone else's FOR SALE ad/post to whine.. mock.. grouse.. degrade.. etc. We have made mention of this in the past. If you don't like what you see with regard to asking price.. condition.. the fact that you sold said item to them originally for less.. whatever!.. just keep it to yourself and move along. Should you feel the need to do any of that stuff... send the seller an email/PM.. and do it in private. The management THANKS you!
