The kit bringing me back in the vintage fold...
1965 Slingerland - 9x13, 16x16, 14x22. 100% original, rarely played over it's lifetime.
Man those are sweet.
I had a twin set to those that I bought in 1967. Should have kept them.
What is that bare hole about above the ZOOMATIC butt plate?
The snare is not mine...not sure.
Welcome
Sweet set! The WMP wrap has not yellowed a bit
Just the very slightest bit...but amazingly white.
Where did you pick this set up? Do you know any of its history?
Bought it from a vintage collector and fellow DFO forum member in CA. He says he owned it for the last 27 years and played it about 10 times. Since then he says it remained in a dark closet...hence why the wrap has not yellowed. He was selling an equally nice Club Date and some other gear.

So then, all owners of wmp wrap kits must play in dark rooms or preferably closets, Sweet kit. I played similar one last year and fell in love.
Welcome
Beautiful kit indeed, I reckon because it's so clean, that you could probably find a match for that inlay without too much trouble.. You can't beat the depth in that Slingerland chrome..looks great,
Cheers
