1966 Ludwig Black Oyster Downbeat Last viewed: 2 hours ago

Loading...

Up for sale: 1966 Ludwig Black Oyster Pearl Downbeat. Truly one of the prettiest kits to come through. Some imperfections - but no spare holes. Original owner had stripped interior paint, so I painted it back to its factory off-white. Quarter sized area of wrap missing on BD. Some very minor spiderwebbing on BD and a tax on the rack. Hardware is in good shape. Consolette is complete but needs a piece replaced for it to function properly.

This kit will make someone very happy. Such a timeless piece. $2000 plus ship. Email [email protected] if interested.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
