June 1966 Slingerland 20x14, 16x16, 12x8, 12x8 "Modern Solo" outfit drum set in red sparkle. The floor tom reads July 1965 but I'd have a hard time believing these weren't purchased together. All original parts and hardware, except when I got the it it was missing one hoop, so I bought a Keller 10 ply and installed new inlay strips supplied from Drum Maker. The color is a little lighter but not very noticeable. All hardware is original, COB hoops. One tom leg is slightly bent.

Otherwise this is a very nice drum kit. All drums are matching and there's no fade to the wrap but there are scratches on all the drums and one small tear in the wrap on the bass drum (pictured).

I installed new Remo heads and an Aquarian Super Kick I and polished most of the hardware and the wrap and they look great. If you've been wanting a vintage kit that's not a museum piece and is ready to be played this one is for you!
