beautiful snare. I love the W&A drums, I have several of the snares and marchers in my collection. It is a beautiful wrap that i have never seen. As a follow up to this thread for anyone interested, Mr. Esposito was kind enough to provide some additional info on this instrument. It is a Gretsch/Jasper shell, not the maple that I assumed. Hardware is all W&A. He didn't name the wrap, but he did say that it was "probably rejected for production from one of the major American drum manufactures." I think that's very cool! I have a W&A kick drum and small tom in the same finish in storage, so I'll have to figure out a way to resurrect them.
