1969 Yamaha c-220 3 piece (minus snare) ** Very Rare Kit and Wrap ** Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Hey Y'all I'm selling my lovely Yamaha C-220 shells. I bought them early last year from www.drumpalace.com.au (brilliant site if you haven't been!) unfortunately they shells do not come with a matching snare. I've tried my hardest to find one! But nonetheless, these drums sound great, look amazing, and have been a wonderful set to play on. They have been used for recording my bands EP, and have been used at many gigs, and have been kept wrapped up when in transit.

Details:

20" Kick w/ free case

13" Rack Tom w/ free case

16" Floor Tom w/ free case

Only a few minor faults:

- slightly faded color all over (you only notice when you remove the rims and you can see what it used to be like)

- a little minor scratches on the kick drum

I've put a link to an image of the kit below, otherwise there is a picture in one of my previous posts here > http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=21313&highlight=Yamaha+c-220

$800 o.n.o (will arrange shipping at buyers cost) ** shipping from Adelaide, South Australia **

I've also posted this on other media, so if you're keen, get in quick!!

I bought a red one from the same site. It came with a matching snare but the badges are missing. Probably paid too much for it, but it's very cool.

The badges are just a stick on foil thing on this model so they had a tendency to go missing. You could probably get some made up though. Try a print shop maybe.

No matter what you paid for them they are likely to keep rising in value. Very good kits!
