Cool vid. I'm sure this has been noted before, but in case it hasn't, I see that Bonham's 12x15 tom has a cut-off B/O badge. I've heard that you could find these on some Ludwig endorser drums.

Cool observation. Could you explain what a cutoff B/O badge looks like? I have never heard that before.

Generally, you will now see them on B-stock drums, like on the one in this pic.

Ah yeah mate it sold... it will owe me $1280 USD when its landed here down under, $830 USD won the bid I have been looking for one since I landed my kit in Jan this year. This not only adds great value & thunder to my kit but lets us S/S nuts & others know the expected price tag for rare sizes in quality materials now days. It looks in good shape however I will take some before & after pics as it too will get the Dno polishing treatment to fit in perfectly with its new family.Cool1

Hey Paice Fan man

Mate I scored a 78 22" black label 2002 today & after talking 26" S/S Bonham & 26" Maple Paice the guy asked me who I prefered, Bonham or Paice. Here's my question for you lot... what can Bonham do that Paice cant? What can Paice do that Bonham could'nt? Listen to them both from the 70s & be honest what you think. My honest opinion..if Ian Paice fell over tomorrow,

( which I hope he lives forever) I bet people will start stating he was a better drummer than Bonham & that he was way under rated. Think about the 70s green sparkle 26" bass kits they both had & the sound...put the head phones on, shut your eyes & listenD' Drummer

Cheers

Dno
