My 76 3-ply kit had the bearing edges cut too. I went ahead and added the lower hardware. Did they offer the stainless in dual head configuration? I have only seen them as concert toms. I beat that sound like absolute THUNDER with two heads!

They sure did,and Mr.John Bonham played one...26,15,16,18.

They made marchers aslo.

there was one special order kit with bottom heads from factory according to ss site very nice i miss mine
