They are nicely chromed and complete in terms of parts. The small lock washers are not original, however, they are new. These came off of 60's era Clubdate toms (a 12 and a 13) but they were not from the same set. The discriminating eye will notice a slight difference in the patina, but they would pass as matched for two shell mounted toms. Overall, would be a nice enhancement to your vintage project.
