All 20 of these lugs are scruffed or scraped on top. You will probably have to wipe them off a bit more as well. I had a student at the school I work at do some polishing for me and he left some residue behind in the cracks. I went through and put a felt around each spring. All will have their screws included in a seperate bag. All are 100% functioning.
