It was great having coffee and donuts with some with some of you guys, maybe we should start a fat drummers club..LOL....Friday night Vic manager of the Drum Pad made a special appearance at my show, and as luck would have it, it was the first time I ever played a house kit, I could not adjust it to get comfortable, seat was too low, could not raise it, hat was too hi, would not move, snare stand was broken and wobbled, I was freaked out, I did the best I could but learned NEVER will I do a gig on house gear ever again, I know I was off that night...

as far as the show, much better than last year, they had a Ludwig Vistilite that was beautiful, I think my Slingerland set would have added a nice touch to the display, maybe next year.............G

Hey I never got my donut! Thanks to everyone for stopping by. I'm only guessing IF something happens next year, I will coordinate it a little different.

The wi-fi was a laptop problem, so we did not have time to trouble shoot and re-install the operating system. Maybe next year, IF another history booth is created a tech savvy forum member can handle that aspect.

No plans even in the back of the old brain to try that again.

Even if you decide not to do another history booth, I was thinking what if we get a few members to get a booth (or 2) to sell / display some gear, promote the website.

Although we dont really have to think about it for another 8 months, I would love to do that.

I will be in the show working on the booth, so toss a donut in your pocket! :) Free Squishy Brain to any forum member that stops by and mentions they are a member.... David

I had Hannah sign my Brain! This caught on however and then it was popular.

It was a great time meeting everyone and seeing all the fantastic drums with lots of fun and drooling. LoLoLoLo Car Driving2 Cool1 Party Eye Ball
