Need some help with my Ludwig bass drum. It's about 1/4" out of round in 2 spots. 1/4" doesn't seem like much but I can tune the bass drum to where there's no wrinkles in the reso head. is there any way to fix this?
it's a 76 butcher block 3 ply kit with rerings.
