I do, however, have to ask how you removed that "black pigment" on the wrap of the floor tom.

The black spots are still there under the wrap but they don't look as bad after the cleanup. I don't know of a way to eliminate them...

Very cool - I was in Chicago last weekend and found my way into Andy's Jazz Club. The drummer was using a set very similar, except for the bass drum head of course. Very cool looking.

If the wrap is not glued down, take it off and scrub the white paint underneath, (if it is indeed panted white) then the inside of the wrap as well. Then re-paint the white on the shell and that should do it.....if these are painted white, like some of my drums....wow....that sounds cheesy, eh?
