I have a set but they are nickel over brass! I got them off of a 50's Pioneer.

Make a fair offer if you want them.

1. I mentioned that they were nickel over brass because I don't know what kind of lugs and hardware are on your drum. If you need chrome over steel hoops then the ones I have are not for you, they won't match the rest of the hardware on your drum.

2. I told you that (if) you wanted them, to make me a fair offer. I didn't put any price on them high, or low. I left it to you to make me an offer for them. I'm not psychic so I have no way to know what your budget is/what you can afford.

They're here if you still need them. Again, *make me a fair offer for them and we'll go from there. Ask around, I'm 'generally' an easy guy to deal with and I'll be happy to work with you to come to a mutually agreeable price.

PS - * What I do when someone asks me to 'make an offer' on something I need is, I'll visit ebay and check the 'Sold' listings for whatever item I'm trying to price. I base my offer on; what I can afford, and what the item has been selling for recently. I can usually come up with an offer that suits me and doesn't insult the seller. A starting point for negotiations. John

Ebay really is handy that way! I'm also a rare US coin collector and I use ebay all the time for coin and drum purchases. It's like having current market values at your finger tips.

If the hardware on your drum turns out to be nickel over brass, contact me. I'll cut you a good deal for the NOB hoops.
