60-62? Slingerland snare ID help Last viewed: 50 minutes ago

Loading...

Hello,

I recently came across this snare drum. The previous owner said that he had not played it in about 40 years. It appears that it was produced in the Niles factory anywhere from 60-62. I believe the size is 15"x 7 or 8". I have not taken the heads off of it yet. I am curios to know of the possible shell material and anything else I can possibly figure out about the drum.

Any help will be appreciated,

Thanks
