need more and better pics of all drums
60s or 70s Rogers? Last viewed: 1 hour ago
How about this?
70s Ludwig Standard Aqua Mist
60s Ludwig Champagne Sparkle Downbeat
and a whole bunch of snares and hardware
They look to be fullerton drums not sure but would need to see sticker inside and see if they have machined collets and all mounting hardware color is a good one
Thanks, Fullerton tags and cast collets are least desirable right? I assume I'd rather see Dayton or Cleveland tags with machined collets?

If you've got 8 bills laying around and you want a great sounding Rogers kit, then grab em. If you can get em for less then go for it! Champagne Sparkle is very desirable. Includes a snare...worst case you'd have to replace a couple of collet noses with some new stainless ones off of ebay. Sizes are great. Id say depending on condition of the edges and the shells/originality of the hoops etc, they are worth anywhere from $500-$1200 if its a matching kit.

Whether the tags have Fullerton on them or not, the drums are fine. The cast collet noses can easily be replaced with steel repros and the cast floor tom legs give no trouble.
The cast parts came in around 1971, but the drums are the same as those from several years before. Even the 9/72 drums made until late 1975 were the same as those that came before, except for the 70's colors which are a tough sell.
A single tom rig on a Fullerton kit is not easy to find. If that setup is original on that kit it's a nice one to have. 22-13-16 are nice sizes that are hard to find in the Ohio Rogers where most of the basses were 20".
Champagne Sparkle was last shown in the 1970 catalog, it was gone in the next catalog, 1973.
The tags will tell the story...
Looks like the int of the kick is flat gray,so latest it would be would be early dayton? or did some of the flat grey int shells surface during the fullerton and 9/72 era?
That's right, the flat grey continued until sometime in 67. Those early, flat grey, Dayton drums were identical to the Clevelands that came before. Serial numbers up to the high 8x,xxx's.
