How can you tell? I'm guessing Rogers did not offer this wrap in the 60s?

Doesn't matter guys, it's a Dayton kit in real nice condition for $600.00. Not a museum piece to begin with. As long as the wrap is clean and tight, $600. is a steal of a price for nice set of Daytons. Great drums for cheap!

Too many great drums to list here!

It's actually a Cleveland kit...but with the non-vintage wrap, and alteration to the interiors you are basically getting a $600 players kit (hard to know exactly how it sounds), or $600 dollars worth of parts drums--which could be worth it to the person with the Cleveland kit in need of what this kit offers to make it "perfect". There is some nice hardware there...

Per the seller when I asked about the wrap:

"I personally have not re-wrapped these drums, and I've owned them for at least 10 years."

............which doesn't say much

As for "personally not rewrapped"...... well, maybe his cousin did it for him. Truth sometimes is just a matter of how you avoid lying. . At least some of the lugs may not be original to the drum. Some of the fasteners definitely arent.
