7-pc Maxwin set values? Last viewed: 12 hours ago

Loading...

Have a 1980 (I think) 7-pc silver Maxwin drum set. It's in good condition and unfortunately hasn't seen much action recently (about 20 years). Can someone give me a value range? Didn't see much in the archives on Maxwin's when I searched.

Thanks for your help!

Maxwin's were Pearl's "budget line", and as such are not particularly valuable. Does 7-piece mean 8"+10",or some other configuration?

It had several coats of paint but when I started stripping WOW. I don't know why these beautiful drums don't get more pub. The inlays are rosewood, Mahogany over gorgeous maple. I have everything but the 2 badges. If anyone has any please let me know. I have yet to spring for 2 30" heads. Could be pricy.

Rosewood inlays and mahogany /maple shells.....on Maxwin drums? And 30'" heads.....I think you mean 20" heads.
