Looking for 14" Ludwig pre 70's chrome over brass 10 lug hoops.

I don't think Ludwig ever made COB hoops in the 70's. I've had a few 70's Black Beauties as well as 70's COB Supras, and none had COB hoops.

Bill is correct, they where out in the 60's but not the 70's but they sale for over $100.00 a pair on ebay when available

Thanks, I just assumed they would be like the supraphonic brass. Do you know what hoops were shipped on 70's Black Beauties?

They were just plain 10 lug COS hoops, like those found on 70's Supraphonics. You could probably also order 10 lug die cast hoops if you wanted them.
