A 60's 20x18 bass drum ??? Last viewed: 4 hours ago

I had a 1978 3 ply kit, 24 BD 14 and 15 mt, 20 ft, and when you did that rock beat with 8ths on the Ft you ruled, huge sound all around.

Using single ply heads I still felt best using a 5 b stick, with emps or pins I had to use 2 b's ,I couldn't really dig in using anything lighter, when playing rock.

That was mine, he even used my photos. I actually had 2 of them...they were custom ordered back in the 60's, and never picked up from the music store. NOS. 18x20 was a standard floor tom size then...whoever ordered these just had them include BD hoops and no mounting hardware.I sold them on ebay a year or two ago, no reserve, they went for around $350 each.LINK: http://www.classicvintagedrums.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=93&products_id=727Thanks,Bill
