a rogers wmp 14x10 or 15x12 for a 16x16 Last viewed: 3 hours ago
I don't think you are ever going to find what you want.
I also think you are going to be very unhappy once you do.
Theres really not enough difference between a five ply Dayton, and a five ply Fullerton or even a Big R to really skew an experiment with drums from those years in the sizes you cannot find, and play them for a while.
Take a Big R five ply in 10x14 or 12x15, color wont matter, even condition of the finish wont matter. Play it. Once you sell or trade drums you now have, your set is butchered if you don't like the change. This could save a world of heartache.

have to agree with the Ploughman on this.... why all the fuss if you get a 10x14 or a 12x15 the chances of original wrap matching your kit is slim so why not buy either size you want in a Big R or any shell and re wrap it either with antiuqe WMP or a brighter version if yours is not faded to bad but hold on to your 16x16......
You guys are right, I aint gomna go outta my way to find em, Id jus like to stumble across one or the other/ the floor tom legs are the biggest ***** to adjust yknow, even tho I always have a drum key w me,
I can not remember where but you can get collars that will slide over the end of your floor tom legs and they tighten with a allen key kinda like a memri lock...
Maybe I am the weird one... but, I love Rogers floor tom legs. I have had DW FT legs (on the Ayotte set I once owned), and you can have those ridiculous wing nuts. They hang up on bags, they wont fit in a standard 16 ft case without creating a direct stress point on the case and shell. Nah..... I love the Rogers leg and knobby mount. Both of them, machined and cast Fullerton. The knobby mount was probably the ONLY cast Fullerton part that was an actual improvement over the previous version. Oh, and as for the Ayotte mount ... it used a key, just like Rogers. Way better than the DW.

Yeah I agree , I never meant I did not like knobbies or the Rogers FTlegs they are the best ,I just used the collars as a reference point when setting up and taking down on tour all the time.... I even took a FT leg and added a tilter to the straight end and put my ride on it because of the FT bend it brought it like 4 inches closer.. Rogers Hardware is the best... ever made.
Those collars are available at most home supply stores. They are drill bit stop collars
