I don't know,but maybe to Wile E. Coyote?
Possible link to Premier, since they are a sound affect, and back in the day of silent movies and live plays, drummers did provide sound effects like wistles and slap sticks.
The whistle I used while in law enforsement, was COB stamped Acme England.

I am kind of partial to their COS whistles though....
Bonham liked them better then the COB ones also I have heard!......band3
Hey Steve, there's actually an 'Acme Explosives' outfit that uses Wily in their spiel.

Okay, guys. Joke all you want, but if you've ever filled in with a full-time polka band as I have, you'd know that the legendary Acme siren whistle is indispensable and quite the serious percussion accessory! I'm more than just familiar with this instrument.
Little constructive tip to other Acme users: if the internal rotary disk gets gunked up and won't spin when you blow into it, unscrew the mouthpiece, add a drop of penetrating oil to the rotary spindle, and adjust the square nut that applies tension to the rotary axle until it's just tight enough to hold the axle, but not so tight that it inhibits spinning. Works like a charm. Nothing more embarrassing than going to blow your Acme and all you get is silence.
And you probably thought I was joking when I said I was more than just familiar with this instrument.

My traps never leave home without one. Owned and played it for many years. Polka, Vaudeville, Roaring 20's music - a must-have sound accessory! Thank you Premier of England!
