Discovered my fathers set, stored for years but needs refurbishing. Bass, two toms, snare, cymbals, high hat. AND the original carrying case and canvass for the bass drum. Someone checked the tags, told me it was from the 1930's.
My question is...IF and its a big if I decided to sell it, would it be better to find someone to refurbish it, because Ive never done anything like that, or ...sell it as is? And as a wild ball park, what could I expect to get for a vintage kit like that? I cant seem to find any intel on the sell price of a 1930's Ludwig kit.
