I know it doesnt cost the buyer anything to use paypal.but I starting using gift cards,that I buy.Rather than keeping money in the paypal account and letting Ebay rape me every month.It might not work for everyone. Pay the PP fees, it's safer...if you are a seller then build it into your item price.

As a seller, I would not accept a gift or cash card. The sender can keep the card info. It is possible for them to use the card online without actually having possession of the card You could check the card value when you receive it, send the goods and then have the buyer use it before you have a chance - you are out the goods and the money. Scammers love this type of sale.
