The "Clamshell" strainer looks to have been discontinued sometime between 1960 +1963.The badge also says that time period. What is the shell construction? Looks to be a "Super Gene Krupa" snare drum.

the shell appears to be solid maple {not ply} with inner re- rings..... a magnet will not stick to the lugs, hoops, or the throwoff and butt end......chrome over .Brass ???..... blue sparklefinish wrap is original ,but the seam is not under a lug ??....seam is tight...the wrap is brilliant and near perfect.... the badge has never been messed with.....any idea of value ?? as I plan to sell
