Unoriginal finish and bass drum hoops I'd say. Wrong tom mount too.
There's a pic of that tom on the CT Drum Show site. Maybe contact Bob Gatzen he might know some details. I knew I saw that flag wrap somewhere. Cool kit.

Yes I saw it, so that could be an original finish, only with an aftermarket Tom mount fitted.
