If you are still looking for an answer: They are early 1937 WFL Lyre toms. The toms didn't have the Lyre badge on them they only had a small decal on them usually by the drum key holder. The decal said: Wm. F. Ludwig Drum Co. Chicago USA . I know those lugs because I have a complete 37 Lyre set.You can see these lugs pictured in The Ludwig Book on page 193 and the decal is on page 175. Keep on rollin' !!!
