Anyone ever seen a Ludwig 20" floor tom? The serial # dates it to 1964? Is it rare? What would it be worth?

Also, the guy has for sale a Rogers 24" (Dayton era) bass drum. Is this a rare size to? BDP finish.

ive seen a handful of genuine Ludwig 20" floor toms. they just look massive as a floor tom. certainly don'r run across many. lots got converted to bass drums as well.
