Looks to be early 70's Pearl w/ Battleship lugs. Looks like a rewrap,too.

I checked that kit out to Wes. It does look like a re-wrap, which can be ok, but you never know if its done well or not, until you get up close. Asking price is quite high, I think...if it was more in the 2 range, I'd consider it more. I think Durhams were British made, not 100% sure though...can't find anything on them.
