I found this yesterday while reorganizing a large box of stuff buried back in my closet - if I am correct it appears identical to the throwoff mounted on that rare Strupe Snare Drum which was the subject of an earlier post on the forum. Anyone able to better identify it?

That's an L&S strainer from the 1930's. They were used on the Dictator models.
