Are these for a trap table? 1920s 1930s temple block rods? Last viewed: 10 minutes ago

I picked these up thinking they were the mounting rods that you see on the old trap tables of the 20s and 30s eras?? Am I correct?

If so I'll have to ask the guy if he has a 5th one laying around, one with a bend in it.... though I'm assuming he probably does not.

If they "are" what I think they are,... I'll need a 5th one to mount all 5 temple blocks (whenever I get 'em) on a trap table. If anyone has a 5th I can buy off ya, let me know! Thanks guys....!:D

The rods I have,....

Are they these rods that hold the temple blocks??

Rob Roys ? Don't only young men about town drink those ?????

They look to be some sort of mounting rods. Whether they were initially for temple blocks or sumthin' else is anyone's guess.

I kinda like that trap table, though. You could slap your TV dinner right on there, in front of the snare (might need a drink holder, though).....

510,.. yeah I was hoping that they were?? They had the right wing nuts and so forth,.. same thickness of posts as the ones seen elsewhere.

The weird thing is that they are in a set of 4 but there are two the are longer than the other two,.. like they should be staggerd in length,.... though I've yet to see an example of this in any photos or catalog pictures I've seen thus far??

Yeah I wanna see the trap set when it all together too! HA!Party
