If you look in Mikeys profile it shows his last activity here was on 4-28-12. Possibly he's sick, in the hospital or had a family emergency. You never know. I don't know him personally but I have always seen him come through for people here. Maybe cut him some slack and let him at least explain the delay. I have had the same thing happen with guys I've bought car and engine parts from on other forums. Sometimes life gets in the way and things happen. I hope he's ok. Just my take on it.

I'll chime in, too. Mikey came through on a deal with me that met with unforseen snags. First, the aformentioned computer issues; then, he discovered the part was not on hand as first thought. He offered a refund.
Instead, he bought a part from another member (possibly at the same price or an even higher price) and I have the part now for the initially agreed price.
i won't deny that life sometimes gets in the way - my family and i have been in dire straights ourselves over the past two weeks alone - SERIOUS stuff as well - but i've always gotten back to him. Moreover he has gotten back to me a couple of times, but then goes AWOL on me again immediately afterwards. This also doesn't appear to be the first time this has happened to him as well...
I opened up a case because if I don't hear back from him, then at least i get my money back, rather than trusting someone who has been (at least with this transaction) reliably unreliable to get back to me and follow through with it all. Though i would MUCH prefer to just finish this deal off than have my parts then to have to go through all this paypal nonsense. Admittedly it may be due to unforeseen circumstances and i'm open to that, but nonetheless the point still stands - knowing the reason why he's been unreliable doesn't mean he's been any less unreliable. I'm sure i'm not the only one who's feeling this way as well...
i would definitely grant the "slack" concession if more people weren't going through exactly the same thing (always disconcerting) and if paypal were more slack on me with their buyer protection policy - but the window period is closing soon and thus the hand is forced. But they have those 45 day periods for a reason you know - the reason being its annoying to wait around for that long!
I feel bad for saying all of this because it would hurt if someone said it about me, but this is not proven to be a very communicative or clean deal...

If anything i feel like a massive jerk because i hate besmirching anyone's reputation in any way. i just really want my drum stuff!
I heard from Mikey a couple of weeks ago. Him and his brother were in danger of losing their place. Mikey's sudden disappearance makes me think they were forced to move. If that's the case, I suggest everyone be patient. I'm sure once he's settled someplace, he'll be back.
Now, I'm not certain this is what happened. But if what he told me a couple of weeks ago actually happened, he may be caught up looking for someplace to live. I hope I'm wrong. I just wanted to share this info because I see so many people are upset and wondering what's going on.

Yep, it's probably just time to stop the public posting.
If Mikey isn't able to respond to everyone's PMs and emails, then he isn't reading all this stuff either.
I've been dealing with Mikey for a few years now, and I know he doesn't mean to give disservice intentionally by any means.
I'm not trying to minimize anyone's concerns whatsoever for their items, I know they are important.
He knows what he needs to do, and will do it as soon as he can, if I know him at all.

My item was paid for on Feruary 8. Still not here. I have written emails and PM's over the past seven weeks when it was supposedly mailed for the second time. No responses. I am, by all means, not denigrating a fellow member. Just stating facts.
i'm also waiting to hear from him...
