These came with the Rogers set I just bought. No name on them, not even made in Japan. The knob almost looks Gretsch.
I have never seen them before.

They go inside the bass drum. There should be 2 more pieces, 1 for each that attach the other side of the felt to the bass drum shell. They mount pretty close to the inside bass head so when the knob is turned the felt strip muffler contacts the head. That's 2 mufflers you have there. But you need the mount tabs for each. Didn't see them in the pics.
