!Bearing Edge Custom Drum Set!

i had these drums on ebay and ended the auction early because i had a buyer but the deal fell through.

i've already had some great $ offers and some very enticing trade offers. i thought i would put this up here to try and offer some other players a crack at these sweet tubs. i would like to get $2000, shipping included, but go ahead, take a shot, make me an offer. i am also considering trades. i am looking for bigger drums, something close to a 13, 16, 22 configuration with a deep (13" or 14") snare.

contact me at [email protected] for any questions.

you can see more close up pictures of this drum set!!! link below!!!!!!

Bearing Edge Custom Drums

---------------------------------------

these drums are used.

custom 480 bell brass and gold hardware.

"Hide-a-head" wood hoops on toms and snare.

there are some imperfections in the veneer but its not noticeable in normal light.

olive ash burl veneer on the hoops and a rich bubinga veneer on the drums.

there are some cracks in the clear coat but this does not affect the sound of the drum. (9" crack in the 12" tom and a crack lug to lug on the bass drum)

the snare, 10" and 14" are nearly flawless.

used evans g2 coated on toms with clear g1's on the bottoms.

used g1 coated with hazey on the share drum.

used evans emad system on the bass drum.

these drums could look and sound great with some polishing and some new heads.

these drums are custom built and one of a kind.

SHELLS:

"Maple Hands down!

Maple is here to stay. Many have tried

and many more will continue to look for

alternative materials for constructing

drums but Maple drums will always rule

this Planet. Our maple drum shells and

wood hoops are custom built in Hickory,

NC and are manufactured for The

Bearing Edge Only!"

the toms and snare are 5 ply (nice thin and resonant)

the bass drum is 8 ply (meaty and deep)

these drums sound great tuned up or down!

Thanks John. I don't want to intrude on Scolio's post though. He has the kit. I just have the matching snare. I hope he sells them, as they are really nice sounding drums. I never had to deal with Kevin, the owner of the company, who I heard had some problems with some customers.
