Hi there. I picked up this red sparkle snare a while back and am wondering if anyone can give me some info on it. I did google Beverley and learned that this was made in England, but couldn't find any info on this particular snare. Thank you!

no lugs on this one; it's a floating head junior model. it was definitely made after Albert Della Porta bought Beverley and started making the drums from Premier shells(approx. 1965). the little lateral cam action throwoff was also used on Olympic and Premier piccolos. lateral throwoffs were very common in Europe, on shallow drums. They were used by Premier,Tromsa,Sonor and others.
