Jack Benny just about fell off his chair he was laughing so hard.

Bill always told such great stories. Very animated stories too.

Great clip. Thanks for posting it. Couldn't stop laughing.

I love that clip - thanks for posting. I feel that way often on the drums! Except it's "Georgy Porgy" (16ths at 99 bpm) or "Ruby Baby" (12/8 at 120 bpm) Hey! I only just realised both those songs were Porcaro. Curse that right hand!

That's a really great old video. I had my head cut once like that at an open jam so I can relate to the story. Funny stuff from Cosby.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

I watched this same Dick Cavitt show when it originaly aired in the early 70`s and it`s just as funny today as it was then and true to all drummers. We`ve all experienced fast tempo problems at one point.Way too funny Kelly and thanks for the memories and the laughs.

One of the all-time classic video clips. Man, Cosby is a master story teller.

I've been fortunate enough to see some of the cars from Bill Cosby's collection God only knows what that man has for drums!

I never even thought about that before, Richie! Guy probably has a hangar with 18" Round Badge bass drums! That's why they're so rare! :)
