well, don't want to do this but i'm selling a replated 20's Black Beauty. She's a beaut! I don't need to tell anyone here what she can do. Asking $2800 + shipping here from toronto and i'll throw in a Protection Racket AAA case that you can stand on.

thanks for looking!

no way!

man they're coming down! guess i won't be selling this one anytime soon. i'd rather keep it. managed to sell a couple of other things in the last week, hopefully that'll keep the wolves at bay for a bit.

'20s Black Beautys in good shape still command about $3000 if you look around. That one that sold for under $1800 had drilled holes in the rims, and dents. The question for you is how much has the replating devalued the drum. Unfortunately, I think probably a pretty good bit. I sincerely hope you get $2800 for it, it's just that I have my doubts.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

that was an early attempt when i wasn't really ready to part with it. not sure i am now either but the taxman cometh. i'd sell it for $2200 + shipping without the case at this point to members here. a hundred more with the case, just because i'd have to replace it.

but i'm none too happy about the thought of parting with it! pretty damn good drum.
