This looks to me like an early Gretsch, but I don't recognize the t rod handles. It measures 11.75" x 8". This I'd like to sell. Any info?

This doesn't look anything like a Gretsch. (L&S was Leedy & Strupe)
I believe that you have a L&S (Leedy & Sons/ Leedy & Strupe) tom.
I looked at a re-wrapped Drum set a few months ago. The Bass drum had those T rods and I believe that the badge read Drum Master. The toms had the same strap around the drum for the tom mount and the same minimalist lugs. The toms did not have the T's but I know the kit had replacement parts. After a little research on the web the badge was apparently one that L&S used for some third party. The snare lugs claws and throw were also was consistent with other L&S snares that I've seen.
You can see my post asking about these for a picture of the drums in question. (The seller thought it was a duplex kit based on the bass drumpedal) http://vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=31821
Sorry I don't have a better picture but I wasn't comfortable with the price he wanted not knowing exactly what it was at the time.
