H guys. I have a chance to pick up a 1969 Camco kit that has been refinished. The sizes are 24,13,16. The kit was finished in natural maple and looks good from the photo I was shown. I didnt see any badges but it wasnt a great pic. I dont have much experience with Camco kits, so I need help. I dont want to pay to much but I dont want to lowball myself out of the deal. I know it is tough to give an estimate without pics, but can anyone give me a rough price range on these kits? Thanks in advance fo any help.

If it's not all original, i.e. badges missing, extra holes, unless you have no desire in selling it again. Ask what the seller wants and negotiate from there.
Condition is always a factor to me, for restore or restore/resell. I also recommend taking off hoops, I carry a small drill with a converted Evans drum key to fit, makes quick work of hoops. Edges are usually hidden by other than clear drum heads and I've seen some doozies.
Past sold items on eBay and other venues gives you an idea from where to start.
How do you / seller know that they are from 69?
If you /he is for shure about that , then its Chanute era.
Highest price for "standard" Camco is Oaklawn.
I have LA , so I think of course that L.A. era is sounding best :-)
And it seems ( I do not know why) that Chanute is bring less money they other two eras.
I guess that Oaklawn and "early " Chanute is sounding pretty close. LA sounds rather differnet ( say by them who own/owned al of them). Chanute is haveing differnet thicknes , "early" is thinner, and "late" is thicker.
But sizes you describe, says to me L.A. Hmmmm . Must not be of course. But those sizes is most common on L.A.
I have no idea about price, over there.Especialy when there is no picutre to see conition on drums.
en there is no picture to see condition .
