It's a beautiful set in the most sought-after sizes, although it's missing the snare. Is that Rogers mount stock? And that looks like an odd positioning for a splash cymbal mount... could that more realistically be for a woodblock/cowbell?
Saying that "no kit is worth $8500" simply won't be valid in a few years, I believe. We have been spoiled by low prices, relative to other musical instruments. Heck, a bass player friend of mine spent over $20,000 on an orchestral bass, and it was in pieces in an attic and required complete year-long restoration to the tune of another 30K. And that was 20 years ago, and no it wasn't played by anyone famous. It won't be long before Oaklawn Camco kits with 18" bass drums will drift into such rarefied air.
